Exchange — Read Properly

You get 7 days from delivery. After that → don’t bother.

We will accept ONLY IF:
  • Product is unused / unwashed
  • Tag / label is properly attached
  • Full unboxing video available
  • Valid issue: size problem / wrong item / damaged piece
We will reject IF:
  • Tag is missing
  • No unboxing video
  • Product looks used
  • Request after 7 days
  • Minor issues (threads, color variation, fabric feel)
👉 No tag. No video. No proof. No help.
How Exchange Works
  • Raise request → we check
  • Send product back (charges on you)
  • We inspect
  • If approved → replacement sent
